FAQs

How do I place an order?

Click on my Order tab at the top of my website. Click on the order button, fill out the request form and click submit. I will email you with a price quote.

How much are your cookies?

My basic sugar cookies start at $72 a dozen. Adding more colors, piping, airbush, logos, etc. will increase the price. Click the Prices tab above for more details.

How much notice do I need to give to place an order?

I need a minimum of two weeks notice for custom cookie orders. I work full time and need to be able to plan accordingly. Orders requested less than two week notice time period will be charged a 25% rush fee (if there is any availability).

Can I place a cookie order if I do not know my theme yet?

Yes! You can have your date held on my calendar if you do not know your cookie theme for a $20 nonrefundable deposit.  Your remaining balance will then be paid once your theme has been chosen, no later than 2 weeks prior to your pick up.  Please note that I am unable to give exact price quotes without knowing the theme and/or designs of your cookies.

Can you provide nut-free or gluten-free cookie options?

Unfortunately I cannot at this time.

Do you ship or deliver your cookies?

My cookies are for local pick up only in the Long Island. Otherwise there is a 10% local delivery fee. I cannot ship my cookies out of New York State as per the Cottage Food Laws.

When is payment due?

Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full.

Can I freeze the cookies?

Yes! My cookies freeze very well! To freeze your cookies you need to very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). When you are ready for the cookies, you will need to take them out of the freezer the night before. DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
